Resilient Leader training inculcates Kaizen
(continuous improvement) on both personal and professional levels, increasing
the level of ownership and accountability for quality and performance while
imbuing leaders with the intreprenuerial spirit of kakushin (break-through,
transformative leadership), bringing passion and commitment to excellence all
the way through to the customer experience and the team levels.
Module One - Introducing thekaizen of leadership: establishing
practices for personal mastery and professional success.
Module Two- Building on core strengths and values (Kokoro-zashi): aligning
individual core values and with organizational values and commitments.
Module Three - Overcoming barriers, resolving conflict and successfully
adopting, adapting to, and
leading change (Kokoro & Kakushin).
Module Four - Achieving inner calm (Fudoshin), reducing
dysfunctional stress and increasing focus.
Module Five - Drawing forth personal and shared strategic vision(En Zam Moku).
Module Six - Building a strong organizational culture,
with a powerful sense of mission: achieving and sustaining great results
(Zanshin & Kakushin).
Phase Two: Throughput - a transparent (coached) process of implementing,
sustaining, and reporting. Performance and deficiency is
managed around the individual and team commitments made during the training, including celebrating wins and holding
one another accountable for declared
objectives and goals.
