Winslow Swart, MAA
Chief Inspiration Officer

 Mr. Swart has worked with executives, managers, and teams on three continents and in a wide range of industries improving leadership acumen, performance and work flows in areas where people and process intersect, and often collide.

He holds a Masters Degree in Administration and Organizational Development and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology of Organizations and Development. 

Winslow's doctoral studies were also in Management and Organizational Leadership. 

Winslow has dedicated himself to helping his clients create strategic, high performing leadership cultures and companies that outperform their peers both in areas of quality and business performance.

In addition to Mr. Swart's professional experience as an educator, entrepreneur and business coach, he is also a seventh-dan master instructor in the Japanese art of Kenseido. A life-time of study and dedication here, and in Japan, has helped him formulate ways to help professional and corporate athletes perform at their highest levels.
